Daisuke Nishijima made his debut as a manga artist in 2004 with “O-son Senso(The Universal)”. Since then, he has developed a prolific and genre-defying body of work, including the acclaimed series “Dien Bien Phu” and “The Witch at the End of the World”. He started Indie game development in 2024, released “Mudai-san Adventure””SPACE INVADIANS” . That same year, he presented a solo exhibition entitled “Character Development”at Hiroshima City Museum of Contemporary Art, tracing the conceptual expansion of character as a cultural form and proposed the theory of “the sign of art(Art No Kizashi)”. In 2025, He released new game “Cyberpunk: CCMA” at Chiba City Museum of Art. At the EXPO 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan, he is currently exhibiting “SUSHI-NATOR,” a new species of creature inspired by sushi ingredients from around the world.
