ROMANA MACHIN TANIMURA
Born in Tokyo in 1998. Graduated from the Master’s Program in the Department of Art, Tohoku University of Art and Design, specializing in Interdisciplinary Art. Using pencils, ballpoint pens, crayons, and Apple Pencils—or even just my fingers—I have drawn monsters anywhere and everywhere. I call myself a “crazy creator captivated by the coolness of soft vinyl toys and cartoons.”My monsters and I are engaged in battles against ordinary little evils that can be found anywhere. In this era where such evils are accumulating, I create monsters day and night with the mindset of saving the world, albeit in my own way.
