
Eiko Yoshizumi
A contemporary artist based in Kyoto, Japan. After graduating from the Department of Fashion Design at Kobe Design University, she moved to the United Kingdom in 2014 and trained under Prudence Millinery, a haute couture atelier dedicated to millinery that produces collections for Vivienne Westwood. During this period, she also directed costume design for contemporary opera productions. Since 2024, she has been developing Les Hommes du Désert, a multimedia art series spanning photography, installations, theater, and contemporary music. After presenting Les Hommes du Désert: Tower on the Sands (2024), the first game art work in the series, she has continued to explore digital art and augmented reality expressions. Her works have been showcased at international art festivals, and she engages in academic activities, including presenting research on her work at international academic conferences.
